Summary 0003230: "Data Output Level" setting on FTDX-1200 doesn't work

Steps To Reproduce 1) Open Rig Control and connect to an FTDX-1200 radio
2) Use the "Menu" button on the radio to access the menu settings
3) Use the VFO B dial to scroll to setting 96, which is "RTTY OUT LEVEL"

4) Use the "Radio Layout" command in the "View" menu to reach the "Customize Layout" dialog
5) On the "Sliders: Layout" tab, make sure the "096 TX Polarity" slider is visible.

6) Exercise the "Data Output Level" slider.

BUG#1) The radio doesn't change its setting.

7) Use the VFO-B knob on the radio to change the radio's setting directly.

BUG#2) The UI doesn't reflect the radio's change.
