CDXClusterDlg::SplitOnIcom() in DXClusterDlgSplit doesn't specifically handle the IC-7200, so it falls into some code generic to Icom radios that we don't specifically handle.

Symmetrically, CDXClusterDlg::SplitOffIcom() doesn't specifically handle the IC-7200 either, so that also falls into some generic code. The likely cause of this issue is that the IC-7200 itself, or the IC-7200 configuration in Rig Control, isn't compatible with the generic Icom split on/off code.
