Summary0003079: V6.5.0.183 error in Callsign Lookup SAMCD Error
DescriptionWhen the lookup option is enabled in the Callsign Lookup dialog, it throws an error indicating the SAMCD is enabled but NOT selected.

Steps To Reproduce1. Run the Ham Radio Deluxe software and open the Logbook.
2. From the main menu options click on "Tools > Configure > Callsign Lookup".
3. Setup the left side of the Lookup dialog to show, Logbook, Country list in that order.
4. Click the [APPLY] button
5. Exit the Callsign Lookup dialog
6. Click the "Add" icon on the Logbook toolbar to open the ALE
7. Put a domestic callsign, such as KB3NPH in the call field of the ALE
8. Click the [Lookup] button and an error shown in the attached image.
