Summary0003262: "Create Database Definition" dialog in Logbook contains anachronistic advice about licensing
Description

When creating a database in the Logbook, the user is shown help text that mentions "Windows XP and VISTA" ... operating systems that we no longer support.
Steps To Reproduce1) Start up the Logbook.
2) Use the "Manager" button in the main toolbar to bring up the Logbook Databases dialog
3) Read the help text in the large, rich edit control

BUG#1) It says "Note: You do not need a licence to use Access databases - the runtime DLLs are included in Windows XP and VISTA!"
