|Summary||0003407: Solar Flux Index, A-Index, K-Index missing when using QSO Forwarding|
|Description||When using WSJT-X with QSO Forwarding enabled, the fields Solar Flux Index, A-Index, K-Index won't populate in Logbook.|
|Steps To Reproduce||Setup WSJT-X and Logbook for QSO Forwarding.|
Make some FT8 qso's
In logbook see if there is any data in the Solar Flux Index, A-Index, K-Index fields. (there's none)
When manually logging in Logbook these fields will be there.
|Additional Information||Something changed at the time that QSO forwarding and Lookups where changed.|
|Tags||No tags attached.|
This bug doesn't make clear the source of the desired fields. Is it expected that they're provided by WSJT-X, or that they're somehow sourced within the Logbook, or that they come from some other source?
In general, we don't have any strong guidance about what data is implicitly used in any of the Logbook's operations: what is pre-populated from My Station, for example, when adding a record? There are several different ways to add a record -- do they all follow the same rules? It might be that this issue exists for more than just this mechanism for recording a QSO.
