|Summary||0003417: Consolidate code that converts frequency to band|
There's several spots in the code where a frequency is converted to a band by looking it up in a table. There are several different tables, with different values. I'll check on it, but I also believe there's a user-defined table.
If the value is found in the table, that band name is used. If the value is a miss, then some bad math is done to compute a band. This results in random bands 18m, 22m; gigahertz bands get particularly weird because the math is wrong.
The code should be cleaned up. We should remove the math. There should only be one table and we should eventually end up with a table that users can edit -- maybe per ITU Zone.
