Summary0003599: Issues with the Lat/Lon links in the Lookup Pane
DescriptionThe Lat/Lon displayed in the Licensee panel in the Lookup pane does not open Google Earth as expected.
The Lat/Lon displayed in the Country panel does open Google Earth.
Steps To ReproduceOpen the Logbook and then the Lookup Pane.
With the Logbook and Lookup pane open -
Click on a Cluster spot or enter a call sign into the Callsign box.
The panels will be populated.
Mouse over the Lat/Lon link in the Licensee panel which will show "the station's latitude and longitude, click to open with Google Earth"
Clicking on the link has no effect.
Now click on the Lat/Lon in the Country Panel.
Nothing happens but you may get a request to choose an app for this action.
In that case, if you have Google Earth installed, browse to its .exe file and select it.
Now clicking on that link will open Google Earth and place a marker in the middle of the Country.
It does not put the marker on the Lat/lon coordinates.
