|Summary||0003620: Sorting out the problem with the 15005 transaction failures|
|Description||I've been so busy in my day-job this week that I haven't been able to help the staff tend the flood of complaints and confusion. It doesn't sound like moving to WePay would solve this, because the existing transaction wasn't made there. I didn't speak with PayFlow, Randy did (and he's not deep in this topic; I tried to prepare him for the conversation). But if you're right... that the transactions are being declined because the CVV field is empty, can't we send the renewal transaction to PayFlow without a CVV field?|
I have no idea how to solve this. But I'm not comfortable pushing/selling any new auto-orders until we sort this out.
